Treasure Map

A couple of weeks ago, Rhett decided to make his own Pirate Treasure Map. He really got into pirates after going to Abby's house boat last summer. I took pictures of the steps we took to make it look authentic. First he drew the map. Next, we tore the edges of the paper to make it look old. Last, we dipped it into tea to give it an aged look. Since these pictures he has made several more maps. I love hearing him tell me the trail to the treasure and his creative stops along the way! What an imagination!!
