Today you are 6 years old! It's going to take 2 hands for you to show people how old you are!

Here's some things about you:

You love Kindergarten and your teachers.

You are learning so many new things each day at school and are so proud to show us what you've done!
Your best friend at school is Gage!
You hang around your Wee Ones friends most of the time, but you've made new friends as well.
You love to wear costumes and fight like a ninja.

You like to play basketball and swords with daddy!
You have several girls at your school that put notes in your cubbies with hearts all over them.
Your favorite colors are blue and orange.
You want to be a police officer when you grow up!
You don't like it when I "spike" your hair.

You are very picky about your clothes and if it was up to you, you would change a couple of times a day!
People love the color of your eyes and always tell you how pretty they are.

Every once in awhile, you still let me hold you and sing the Bluegrass song Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain like I did when you were a baby ;)
You like Troy from High School Musical and that's who you are when Micah insists that you play Barbies with her.

You like to read books with mommy, to draw, and to play board games ... and you don't mind if you lose!

You love gadgets: cell phones, walkie-talkies, laser light flashlights, etc.

You are really good at math (just like your mom and dad)!

You said The Pledge of Allegiance during the morning announcements over the intercom at school.

Happy 1st Birthday, Blair Carlene!

Today you are 1 year old! I can't believe how fast this year has went. You are such a sweet and happy baby! We already had your birthday party with Micah over the weekend. You got so many new clothes for the spring! Your friends Brooklyn and Isabella came to your party! You loved eating your cake all by yourself ...and you made a terrible mess! You had cake everywhere! We had to take a break from your party to give you a bath in the sink.

(My camera's battery is dead, I'll post pictures of your party tomorrow!)

Here are some things about you:

• You are just starting to take a step or two, but not quite walking.
• When you realize you are walking, you get so excited and start laughing which makes you lose your balance.
• You love raisins and bananas!
• You aren't interested in your bottle anymore and throw it down most of the time it's offered to you.

• You LOVE LOVE to take a bath and cry when it's time to get out.
• Your face lights up when you see Rhett and Micah walk in the room.
